BICHENG ES Series Folder Gluer has the following advantages:
1.Master drive adopts synchronous belt wheels to ensure stable operation and precise transmission ratio.
2.Master motor adopts dual-frequency control to ensure stability and energy saving.
3.Guide plates in various sections adopt gripping bar adjustment to ensure easy and precise position adjustment.
4.Paper feeding is completed by multiple belts in combination with vibration motor to ensure continuous, steady paper feeding.
5.Unique three-plate pre-folding to improve feeding precision and complete 6-fold functions at one time.
6.Two gluing drums (upper and lower) to accomplish gluing functions for various types of boxes.
7.Adopts photoelectric counter, kick plate unit to ensure accurate counting.
8.Conveyor section pressure is adjusted depending on box patterns to ensure flawless product quality.
